Cat's Meow

$25.00

The expression "the cat's meow" was coined by American cartoonist Thomas A Dorgan (1877–1929) and first became popular in the 1920s. It's used to describe something that is considered outstanding, enjoyable, or desirable. This lovely lady to a tee! One of my first mosaics.

Partial drill diamond painting for home décor. Product Dimensions: 12" Wx16"L
